OVERVIEW
Sadaf Rahimi is the best fighter in Afghanistan but she must face the traditions of her country, fear and her own destiny to be a free woman. She and her sister Shabnam joined the newly created women’s boxing team in Afghanistan at the age of 13 when they returned to their country after being refugees in Iran. Her successes in boxing and in studios will make her a point of reference for many young Afghans, but her path will not be free of threats.
